Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products, all digital download sales are final. Once a digital file has been purchased and delivered, we are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.

If you experience any issues accessing your files, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you.

Physical Products

Our physical products are made to order specifically for each customer. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Buyer's remorse
  • Ordering the wrong size
  • Accidental purchases
  • Preference changes after an order has been placed

Please review product details and sizing information carefully before completing your purchase.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue, please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos showing the problem

Once reviewed, we may offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Lost Packages

If your order is lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with our fulfillment partners and shipping carrier to determine the appropriate resolution.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders begin processing shortly after purchase. If you need to modify or cancel an order, please contact us immediately.

While we will do our best to accommodate requests, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once production has started.
